You, yes you can.You need to qualify the entrance exam of IIFT with good score. The entrance exam of IIFT is very easy as compared to other exams. Get last year's question paper and solve them to get a clear idea.

There is no such college unfortunately, and my advice is that such colleges would never provide you good job opportunities and such colleges are sheer waste to pursue MBA.

Yes, you will be eligible for MBBS entrance examination if your marks in NIOS are above 50 percent (general category), and 40 percent if you are from SC, ST or OBC category. You will have to appear for 5 subjects of NIOS exam. PCBE and one other paper of your choice.
