You just need to go to GGSIPU and talk to the academic coordinator regarding this issue. I know they will surely rectify your query but i am not getting one thing you must have filled the preferences or choices that's why you have got this. without your preferences they can't give you.

Yes you are eligible and shall appear for entrance exam like CMAT, MAT, CAT, XAT, SNAP. Although it is advised to go for full-time MBA programme for better paying jobs. I am sending you list for distance MBA in Delhi below.

See if you want to pursue MBA correspondence I won't suggest any of colleges which you mentioned I would suggest in this case Narsee monjee, it's distance MBA is also reputed and valuable to pursue.

All colleges under university of Delhi are having reasonable fee for B.Com Honors, but for getting admission one must have minimum score of 90% in 12th
