Hi Chandan,
If you are giving CAT then you have the following options ranked in the order:
1. FMS (Faculty of Management Studies)
2. IIFT (Indian Institute of Foreign Trade)
3. IMT Ghaziabad (Institute of Management Technology)
4. DFS (Delhi University)
5. IMI (International Management Institute)
These are the B-schools you can apply only via CAT, so my suggestion would be to give the exam first and then weigh in your options.

Yes you can apply for Delhi University. Cut off of North campus is slightly less. So many colleges offer admission with less percentage of marks so you should apply according to your marks. All the best
