Yes, NLU Delhi will be More Expensive than Panjab University If I talk about the NLU Delhi which is situated near Dwarka, Delhi, which is also a NAAC Accredited and a Public or a Government University . 

The Courses which are offered here with course fees - 

LLM ( Total Tution fees - Around 1.3L to 1.4L) 

BA LLB ( Hons) - Total Tution fees - 6.8L 

PG Diploma - 1L ( Total Tution fees) 

And in another hand at UILS Chandigarh - 

BA LLB (Hons) Course fees is 4.8L 

B.Com LLB - 4.8 L ( Total Tution fees) 

LLM - 1.1 L ( Total Tution fees)
