That reservation of seats is for sports person in every college or government sector. If you play any sports and have certificate of state and national level, you can get a seat easily in the college. National level certificate is in great demand. I guess application date for DU is still not here, because lot of my friends are waiting for it. And, for IP I'm not sure, but I guess it's still on, because one of my friends applied for it. Check for offline application. Their dates lasts longer than online.
