Candidates who have passed a BDS or an equivalent degree recognised by the Dental Council of India are eligible to apply for Yenepoya Dental College And Hospital, Mangalore MDS course. As per the official website, the selection for MDS is based on NEET MDS scores. Aspirants must hold the documents proving their eligibility for verification at the time of admission. Candidates must have BDS degree/certificate, DGHS allotment letter, result/rank letter issued by NBEMS, etc.

BDS is the flagship course of Yenepoya Dental College and Hospital. As per the NIRF report 2024, the median package offered during BDS 2023 stood at INR 6 LPA. There are a total of 100 seats in BDS course of Yenepoya Dental College and Hospital. Candidates are offered seat in BDS based on their NEET-UG score. The exam is conducted once a year in offline or paper-pencil-based test (PBT) mode for three hours and 20 minutes or 200 minutes. Once selected, candidates are offered seat. Selected candidates can confirm their seat by paying the course fee.

To get admission in BDS, the cutoff ranks for the General AI category candidates closed at 29024. For the OBC AI candidates, the cutoff rank to get BDS admission closed at 30361.
