Admission requires CAT scores to be eligible. Once you give your CAT exams, applications forms are released on the day of the CAT result on the college website. Fill up the form and follow the instructions in the form. Shortlist for GD/PI is generated based on which the gd/pi process take place somewhere around march. Finally the final list of selected students is declared.

Hi. With the given profile it is difficult to say about the chances of getting through. However since the cumulative score is playing a role in admissions, therefore, there is a chance that your high school marks and CAT score might help compensate for your graduation score. But still it is difficult to predict.

Hi. As far as admissions are concerned, your getting into marketing department of the organization won't make much of a difference in your shortlisting. But, it would surely provide you with an advantage in defending your candidature as to why you want to do MBA. Also, it might help you garner the knowledge which might help you get good placements. So, it would only matter if you face an interview.

Being a foreign student, you can apply through the GMAT score. GMAT score will be used instead of the CAT score for your admission.
