You can pursue an MSc in Fashion Design course if you are interested in studying and pursuing a career in the field of Design, especially Fashion Design. If you have pursued a BA in Fashion Design or BSc in Fashion Design then you can pursue this course to show better qualifications in your resume or portfolio.
If you have not qualified for an MDes or MFM course then you can consider pursuing an MSc in Fashion Design. If you have pursued a bachelor's degree in Design with another specialization and wish to switch to Fashion Design then you can pursue this course.

Yes, you can pursue MSc in Fashion Design after BA in Fashion Design. Any graduate can apply for the course. Since you have pursued Fashion Design as a specialisation you will find it easier to pursue MSc in Fashion Design. You would be already aware of the Fashion terminologies and Design theories and concepts. This is because BA Fashion Design syllabus and BSc Fashion Design syllabus have similar coursework and subjects. But you may have to incorporate a scientific approach while pursuing MSc in Fashion Design course.
