I think, now, admissions are closed. Otherwise, if you are in Faridabad, you can go to the Nehru college, there is not much attendance issue and get regular degree without coming regular to the college.

Applying for a distance learning Bachelors degree, Masters degree, Ph.D. or short course is not that much different from applying for an on-campus programme. Mainly, you will have to go through the same steps and provide the same type of documents. Evening/distance/online/part time engineering courses are not valid any more as per the latest supreme court verdict, hence would recommend you to join regular B.Tech course for better career prospects:
