Candidate must be trained in-service teachers in elementary education.
The eligibility criteria (age, experience, etc.) for B.Ed is mentioned in the university's prospectus that is available online on the official website i.e jmi.ac.in

Not just the 12th standard qualifiers but the candidates who have different qualifying degrees may also appear in the exam. As listed in the official pdf, there will be several codes to present the NEET Eligibility Marks 2018 for various qualifications.

Interested candidates can apply directly to the college. Candidate must be a graduate from a recognized college /university.

Yes, you can. A candidate should possess a graduate degree in any discipline from a recognised university/institution. Distance or regular, does not really matter. All that matters is, you should have your Bachelors degree with you.
