To take up distance learning course such as MBA, one has to be very careful about it and see which college gives maximum ROI for your money, in terms of knowledge and learning. One of the few good colleges for the same would be Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Mumbai or Symbiosis College, Pune. Do have a look at their other details on their websites.

It is said so, because you do not get exposure to meet people or do internship, or to make a network. So, basically you know the theory, but no practical. You do not get to meet the people who are in the industry to guide you. And most important placements are very good. You can do distance MBA, if you are already working since years and need just another qualification not a job.

MBA through distance learning is created specifically for professionals with work experience. MBA through distance learning provides students with the same foundation in key management concepts and disciplines as in a two-year fulltime MBA. MBA through distance course work is built on the basis of that students will have diverse and extensive work experience by virtue of which they will able to related to management theories and concepts. I would recommend you not to go for distance MBA.
MBA is all about overall development of an individual.
The top business schools that command Rs 12-15 lakh as course fees are offered an annual salary upwards of Rs 9 lakh during campus placement as you want to go for distance learning the package may vary.

No need to appear in any entrance exam for Distance Exam. If you have you done your graduation, you are eligible for MBA.

Ankit, you can get a job in a private bank after MBA through distance mode form LPU or any university but more preference is given to students who have done MBA through regular mode. If you are not a working professional better would be if you go for MBA through regular mode instead of distance mode.
