Could you please provide your current qualification for better understanding? As per the information, I believe that there is no such distance education mode like we have in India for various courses. However, one can enrol himself for various online courses conducted by different foreign universities. But if one wants to do PG abroad then its better to do it as a regular mode. Here are some universities that provide the post-graduation in regular mode:
1. University of the Arts London
2. School of Oriental and African Studies
3. Brunel University
4. University College London
5. University of Westminster.

Getting a job directly after B. Pharma: Graduates who do not wish to pursue post graduate studies or plan on doing them later try to get jobs after B.Pharma. Jobs are usually offered in the field of sales and marketing. Some also work as pharmacists in hospitals whereas some are able to secure jobs at manufacturing facilities of pharmaceutical companies. Some also set up their own pharmacy. MBA after B. Pharma: Some students pursue MBA after B.Pharma whereas some pursue it after gaining a few years' experience (usually in sales and marketing). I would suggest Amity University for MBA. Symbiosis is an institute and it only offers PGD. MBA in marketing or MBA in journalism and communication programme will be good according to me.

You are saying that you have done B.Com with 49% marks, and you wants to do MBA through distance learning programme. So, you cannot do this right now, because 2 years' experience is also required for the distance MBA program. So, first you will have to do job for minimum 2 years, then you can apply there for MBA.
I hope, this information is helpful for you dear.
Thanks and all the best for your future.
