If you wish to take admission through distance learning mode than IGNOU is a very good option. It is a well established brand name in the field of distance education and learning. AICTE Approved distance MBA program. The distance learning MBA program offered by Indra Gandhi National University (IGNOU) is recognize by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). It is also recognize as a central university by UGC. & approved by Distance Education Council (DEC), India.

The study centres are in India so you have to give your exams in the study centre. It's not possible if your are staying in USA.

If you have your provisional degree certificate or your degree, you could apply to IGNOU or ICFAI for a distance MBA. You should be able to furnish proof of passing your degree, and that should suffice to gain admission in distance MBA.

Master in Business Administration (MBA) is a two years degree course in the field of management. In India, MBA degree can be awarded by any recognised university or by a Business School affiliated to any university. Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is a two years diploma course offered by the institutes that are recognised by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and which are autonomous and not affiliated to any university. It is not mandatory that a PGDM is equal to MBA. PGDM institutes accreditation by Association of Indian Universities (AIU) makes an institute's PGDM course equivalent to an MBA.
