Dear,
As per Bar Council of India, Law programme after 12th and graduation Law programme run only in Regular mode and even if any university or college offer you in distance mode than you must check the recognition and approval.
And for knowledge and skills, you should plan for Regular mode only.
All the best.

This would depend a lot on the kind of experience you have and the area in which you want to build your career.
More information on your work experience & interest areas would help me in offering guidance.

Fashion technology and BBA are both different domains. You first need to decide what career you really want to take. You should try and pursue a career in an area which interests you.

No, try for other better colleges as you are already earning 5 lacs so try to get admission in college which has an average 8 LPA or more than that.
Otherwise, in case of distance MBA if in the company you're working says that if you get an MBA degree then you will be promoted or the increase of pay scale then go for distance MBA, otherwise, it's better that you should go for regular MBA from a very good college.
BIMM is also good but you know if you get a better-ranked college then BIMM then it's good for your package. Otherwise, BIMM is also a good option.

Dear Rakesh,
Rather preferring IIBM, why not you prefer NICMAR as that would be nice for you. IIBM is also one of the good institutes in India.
All the best.
