No, DM is not pursued immediately after completing the MBBS degree in India most of the times. Instead, DM is a postgraduate medical programme that follows the completion of both the MBBS and MD degrees.
To become a specialist in a particular medical field like Cardiology, Neurology, Nephrology, or Gastroenterology, candidates typically complete their MBBS, followed by an MD or MS, and then finally, a DM or MCh program. Each of these stages involves a lot of training and specialisation in their respective areas of Medicine.

Yeah, been there. A classmate of mine was in the same spot went through a flashy DM course but couldn't explain what a meta tag even does. Weirdly, things only clicked when he switched to digital marketing from Amquest Education, where they started with real website breakdowns instead of textbook terms.
One session had them analyze why a bakery's blog wasn't ranking, then actually fix it live speed, structure, headings, all of it. That hands-on part? Game changer. SEO is one of those things that sounds simple until you're staring at a crawl error or trying to explain keyword intent in plain English. Places that walk you through actual e

Getting college in Jharkhand and Bihar are quite competitive. With 1164 rank it is difficult to get goverment college for DM Care medicine in Jharkhand or Bihar. But there are high chances of admission if you go for private or DNB hospitals. You can apply for other states too because other states have more chances than Bihar and Jharkhand.

You can investigate fully funded opportunities overseas. Some examples are the Elizabeth Neuffer Fellowship in the US, the KAUST VSRP Internship in Saudi Arabia, or the Erasmus University programme in the Netherlands; these will usually be fully funded and potentially cover tuition, living expenses, and travel. Of course, there are great opportunities locally or in writing an international grant which would not require fellowship attention. There are plenty of social impact programs like the Yale World Fellows, or Salzburg Global Seminar in Austria. There are opportunites in Canada, Sweden, and South Africa which focus on social work a
