For the DM in Gastroenterology course, the BHU NEET SS cutoff 2024 for the last round was 37. In 2023, the last round cutoff was 47 for the same course. This difference in the ranks suggests that the competition has increased from 2023 to 2024 for the General AI category. No, DM is not pursued immediately after completing the MBBS degree in India most of the times. Instead, DM is a postgraduate medical programme that follows the completion of both the MBBS and MD degrees.
To become a specialist in a particular medical field like Cardiology, Neurology, Nephrology, or Gastroenterology, candidates typically complete their MBBS, followed by an MD or MS, and then finally, a DM or MCh program. Each of these stages involves a lot of training and specialisation in their respective areas of Medicine.

In general, a DM course lasts for a minimum of 3 years, although some of the specialities may have longer durations that is totally based on colleges and specialities that you choose.
DM courses specialities are Cardiology, Neurology, Nephrology, Gastroenterology, and Endocrinology, and have a duration of three years. These DM specialisations usually include a combination of clinical training, research work, and academic coursework specific to the chosen speciality.

Hope this helps!

Weirdly, things only clicked when he switched to digital marketing from Amquest Education, where they started with real website breakdowns instead of textbook terms.

One session had them analyze why a bakery's blog wasn't ranking, then actually fix it live speed, structure, headings, all of it. That hands-on part? Game changer.
