In order to be considered, candidates must have completed their 10+2 coursework with physics and math as required courses and computer science, chemistry, biology, or biotechnology as electives. The qualifying exam requires a minimum aggregate score of 45% (or 40% for protected categories). WBJEE or JEE Main scores are used to determine admission. Candidates must have a B.Sc. in mathematics or a Diploma in engineering or technology from an accredited board or university in order to be considered for lateral admission It is required to have Indian citizenship or OCI status.

This election criteria at diet domkal Institute of engineering and Technology for b e / BTech courses are that the candidate must be appearing in WBJEE / JEE Mains with suitable 10 + 2 marks. They can also be selected via management quota where seats are only 10%. It is necessary that candidate must have physics chemistry and math in 10 + 2 class.

B.E. / B.Tech | Candidate who have passed minimum 3 years Diploma Examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) subject to vacancies in the First Year, in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted. |
B.Pharma | Candidate must have passed 10+2 examination conducted by the respective State/ Central Government authorities recognised as equivalent to 10+2 examination by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) with English as one of the subjects and Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (P.C.M.) and or Biology (P.C.B) as optional subjects individually. Candidate should attain the age of 17 years or more on 31-12-2020.The age shall be determined as per entry in the Matriculation/Secondary school or its equivalent examination certificate. Candidates who have qualified any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India equivalent to any of the above examinations are also eligible to apply. |
