As per the board, the candidates are instructed to follow the following dress code while appearing for DSSSB Exam.

  • Light clothes with half sleeves not having big buttons, brooch/badge, flower etc. with Salwar/ Trouser.
  • Slippers, sandals with low heels. Shoes are not allowed.

Yes. The DSSSB admit card is mandatory for all exams; the candidate needs to carry the DSSSB admit card to the exam centre; otherwise, he or she will not be allowed to sit in the exam. Candidates can download the DSSSB admit card from the official website by using the application number and date of birth.

As per the authority, the board reserves the right to cancel or set up a new examination centre and divert the candidates to appear at that examination centre if required. No request for change in date, time and centre of DSSSB exam will be accepted under any circumstances.

Candidates need to carry a printed copy of the DSSSB admit card, a valid photo ID (Aadhaar card, voter ID, passport, etc.), and any other document specified by the DSSSB in the exam notification.

No, the authority will release the DSSSB admit card in an online mode. Candidate need to download it from the official website. Admit card is a mandatory document that required to carry to the examination hall by the candidate. Without it, candidate will not be allowed to take the exam.

If a candidate found any discrepancy in the admit card, like an incorrect name, date of birth, or exam centre, etc., then immediately he or she should contact the DSSSB authorities. Also, it is crucial to provide the necessary documents or proof to get the correction.
