Yes, it is right to pursue a CS branch in any IIIT rather than a core branch in DTU/NSUT/NIT until and unless you are interested in any of the core branches as I am more interested in Industrial engineering so I've chosen it over any other branch.

I don't know much about NDIM but as it is a private college definitely DTU is better when it will come to show on a CV.

You can get low-level NIT in the CSAB round (outside Delhi). But it's a hard call very few chances.

Yes, you can use it but you might want an additional affidavit signed by SDM as well, affidavit available in JAC Delhi 2020 brochure.

If You are a Delhi Student, You can get DTU lower branches Such as Chemical Engineering, Production and Industrial engineering or Biotech (For Sure).
