DTU along with NIST falls under JAC and NIT falls under JoSAA. Therefore, both have separate counselling mechanism.
There will be a common merit list for DTU and NSIT prepared by JAC.

No, there is no benefit without NCC certificate. You need to have a valid JEE Mains score and more than 60% in 12th.

DTU is a government college. You cannot apply there without appearing for the exam. You need to clear LEET exam to get the admission.
