The most important point is that DAIICT does't have computer science. The course is ICT- information and communication technology which is sort of combination of ECE and CS and some people can do minors in computational science which is different from computer science. If you speak of the coding world come join DA. I have friends in a couple of colleges you mentioned so according to me your preferential order could be
DAIICT, LNMIT, DTU, VIT, Nirma, Thapar. Hope this helps.

Do prepare well for Gd/PI.

For best labs and faculty members IIT, Delhi is best. Then comes BITS, Pilani and in last DTU.

Sorry, the application forms will roll out one month prior to the date of examination of LEET exam.
So you may expect the application form to be out in the month of June.

For DTU you must secure atleast 60% in your board exams if you are from general category.

Well, it is a tough question to answer. But for CSE I will suggest Vellore over DTU.
DTU admits over 300 students in CSE branch every year. Competition for the job is quite tough.

It's quite difficult to get the cutoff list of DTU lateral entry because the administration of DTU doesn't post the cutoff list on DTU LEET website.

If you are in the final year of mechanical engineering Diploma program then you are eligible for lateral entry exam in DTU.
