The fact that NSIT will become a university should not affect your decision of joining it in my opinion. As far as CSE packages are concerned, the highest go to upto 1.25 Cr when google hired around 8 students last to last year. The average package can be around 8-9 lacs p.a.

It would be difficult to get NSIT or NIT with this score but you can apply for other good colleges like Thapar University, UPES Banglore, UPES Dehradun & UTM Shillong . You can check out these institutes and apply for admission.

go for Nit
it is difficult to get dtu or nsit if u r external i.e. from other state than delhi.
