Home state quota is the admission of those students whose 12th grade they have done in that respective state. Preference is provided to the candidates during their admissions, and they get lower ranks compared to others in the case of home-state quota admissions. Delhi Technological University, or DCE in short form, was the Delhi College of Engineering earlier and is a government university that is funded and managed by the Government of Delhi.
DTU is one of the oldest engineering institutions in India and has been recognised for its high academic standards, research contributions, and excellent placement records. Established in 1941 as a polytechnic, it was upgraded to a full-fledged university in 2009 and continues to operate under the administration of the Delhi state government.

In terms of CRL ranking, at 316,315 in JEE Mains, admission to DTU or NSUT will not be probable. For B.Tech programs in DTU, the closing ranks generally vary from around 12,000 to 30,000, which varies from the branch and category. In the case of NSUT also, the cutoff is quite competitive and generally varies in the same range. Hence, your rank is not qualified enough for these colleges to seek admission in those colleges through the JAC Delhi counseling process. So, look for other colleges or alternatives for engineering courses.
