Delhi Technological University (DTU) is one of the top engineering colleges and has a 36th ranking in the NIRF Engineering category.
With a JEE Main 6700 rank in the SC category, there is a slight possibility that you would get a seat in the Computer Engineering branch of the DTU. The all-India JEE main rank cutoff for the SC category at DTU in 2021 was 97680.
Also, if you have Delhi home state quota then your chances are very good to get admission in DTU. Based on the previous year's estimate, the cut-off for the SC category is usually under 50,000.
Therefore, you may get admission if you meet eligibility criteria and have required docu

If you're a general category Delhite, then there's no possibility that you'll get the admission in DTU in any branch. But considering that you have mentioned quota, I want to know which quota to explain better
If you fall under OBC category then yes you have the chance of getting admission with branches lower or equivalent to electrical engineering
If you're SC or ST, then accordingly you have the chances to get admission with better branches.

This is a very good rank and you will get CSE branch in most of the top NIT's. I think the best option would be of NIT Kurukshetra which is ranked 7876th in all NIT rankings of 2020! Then you will have the options of NIT Bhopal NIT Jalandhar NIT Hamirpur NIT Durgapur etc. Although MNIT Allahabad, MNIT Jaipur are ranked behind NIT Kurukshetra but closing rank for CSE branch is much lesser so you won't be able to get CSE there. There would be options of ECE and IT branches in those NIT's but considering that you only want CSE.

If you have cleared 12th PCB with 88.8% in 2021 and also passed JEE Mains and NEET 2022, then you should choose NSIT as from the following criteria
1. DTU &get; NSIT &get; IIITD
2. DTU campus is most beautiful and well maintained. Every year around 4-5 crore rupees spent on developing and maintaining campus of DTU.
3. NSIT campus is concentrated in a small area and rest is jungle. Few months ago, a monitor lizard has caught from one of the girls hostel.
4. IIITD has a very small campus, still under construction.

As per your percentile, your rank will be 52580, which is enough for Chemical Engineering in DTU using Home State quota and you can get a seat at Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology, Delhi under Delhi state quota. You can also get IIIT Manipur and NIT Nagaland.

There is no comparison of any IITs with the, DTU, IP, shiv nadar as iits are the best government engineering colleges in India. All the colleges have a good Infrastructure, best teachers, good hostels and very good placement. So you can apply for any of the college. Admission in IIT Guwahati in CSE depends on your JEE Advanced rank while Dtu takes admission on the basis of JEE Mains rank. So your rank and marks in JEE Advanced and JEE Main will decide which college you will be able to get. If your JEE Advanced rank is sufficient to get admission in IIT than you should take admission there but if your rank is not enough than you should
