You have got a decent rank but it would not be sufficient to fetch you a integrated M.Tech seat in software engineering under category 1 at Vellore campus of VIT. You can possibly get it in second category but chances of it are slim as seats are limited and mentioned course is most common choice in integrated programme. The best possible options are:
Integrated CSE at Vellore (1or2), Integrated CSE with specialisation in Data Science at Vellore (Category 1 most probably else in second category), Integrated CSE at Chennai (category 1), Integrated CSE with specialisation in business system at Chennai (Category 1). .
