Hi,
Since 2018, admissions for dual degree courses have been stopped due to some controversial reasons.
Anyway, attempts are being made to restart the admissions of this course from the next academic year but I don't think the course will resume this year or next year.
I suggest you opt for regular B.Tech CSE in SV University for which you need below 8-9k rank for the General category.

I suggest that Nirma University B.Tech CSE and MBA integrated course would be much better than any other course at VITAP. But in integrated course you will get a single degree only and not two separate degrees for CSE and MBA.

If you are not getting a good college in B.Tech then just opt for BCA course from a good college. I will not recommend the integrated course since from now MCA will be of 2 years so after BCA may be you can crack NIMCET or DU exam.
