I agree with the others. I also recommend you to pursue another Master, because you already have an MBA. Ask yourself which MBA course you liked the most? What would you like to work in? Where do you find you strength in the most? Is it Finance? Accounting? MS and Data analytics? Supply chain and Operations management? Marketing? Management where you have many fields like HR or Entrepreneurship etc. ? Economics? If you have more than 5 years management experience or you are a senior manager then you can apply for an Executive MBA (EMBA) which is meant for senior managers who have long corporate experience. But an EMBA is a non thesis degree and is very expensive.
