It is a splendid place to be a part if you want to pursue a career in science.

Placements: The primary goal of our college is to produce graduates who would be working in the scientific domain and making noticeable contributions to the scientific development of society. Thus, it prepares students to pursue a PhD in India and abroad. The majority of the students have been placed in good institutions in India and abroad and are doing pretty well in their fields of research. Since NISER comes under the Department of Atomic Energy, students who score higher than 7.5 CGPA don't need to att...

If you join in this college, you need to study hard.

Placements: It is the best college in India for pursuing research education. In our college, placements are moderate. Students who have above 75% of marks in integrated B.Sc and M.Sc course will get a chance to attend BARC interviews without writing any exam. But other students cannot get this opportunity.

Infrastructure: The most important facility for college students is Wi-Fi. In this college, you will get the best quality Wi-Fi facility and internet. The campus area is massive, and separate areas are available for faci...

It's an amazing opportunity to study science with state of the art labs, but don't expect placement.

Placements: Most of the students choose to opt for a PhD abroad and in India. Students who get a CGPA of greater than or equal to 7.5 will directly be screened in the interview for the post of scientific officer-C in the department of atomic energy (DAE). Our institute does not have a placement cell as it is meant to promote natural sciences and research.

Infrastructure: There is a lecture hall complex which has halls of sitting capacity ranging from 130 to 250 people. Every department has multiple classrooms with sitting capacity ranging between 30 to 55 students. There are separate seminar halls in every department for guest lectures and other thesis presentations. There are a central library and an E-library with access to thousands of books and free access to many scientific journals. Every department has its departmental library, which contains content on m...

Get a rank below 700 and you have a chance to get admitted to NISER. This would need a score of around 50 to 55 percent.
