No. It's a graduate programme. If you study LL.B. It's 3 years duration after completion of your graduation, while the B.A. LL.B. Is 5 years course right after intermediate. The PG in law as called ML. -Master of Laws. Various institutions offer L. B. or Bachelor of Legislative Law which is an undergraduate law course offered by different Indian universities, but they cannot provide B.A. L. B or Bachelor of Arts + Bachelor of Laws which is a dual degree professional course in administrative law. I see that you want to do M.Tech from VIT, that also integrated course. Well, I guess that the cutoff percentage is something around 60% for VIT integrated M.Tech. But around 90% you can get admission in category 2 and around 95% you will surely get admission in category.

The Punjab University offers integrated B.A. B.Ed programme of 4-year duration. Admissions to this course are based on merit. Candidates who have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with at least 50% marks in aggregate and having studied at least four of the following subjects: English Punjabi, Hindi Mathematics, Science, Social Science, and/or Computer Science, are eligible to apply. Yes, you can leave the Integrated Programme in Management offered by DAVV after one year if you get accepted in IIM for the Integrated Programme. The IIM Indore IPM is a 5-year integrated MBA programme designed for young students, and the students who want to quit after 3 years can also exit with a BBA degree. Therefore, if you get accepted in IIM Indore IPM after one year of studying at DAVV, you can leave DAVV and join IIM Indore IPM. However, it is important to note that you should check with both institutions regarding their policies and procedures for leaving the programme and transferring credits.

I'm sorry, but it is not possible to pursue an integrated M.Sc+B.Sc course in India as it is a contradictory combination. B.Sc is an undergraduate course, while M.Sc is a postgraduate course.
