Hi.
Candidate must have passed Higher Secondary with Science background with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized board/university. Relaxation in eligibility is as per the GOI rule.
Assam University Eligibility Criteria 2022
Candidates from the SC, ST, OBC, DA, and SP categories must have a minimum of 45 percent marks in Honours in the relevant subject. Candidates who completed their U.G. through distance learning or an open university are ineligible to apply.

Yes, You can pursue both courses as an integrated dual degree course. You can do M.Sc. In open university like IGNOU or YCMOU. And do B.Ed in regular college.
