Hello Shriyash,Yes you can opt for dual specialization in marketing and finance in MBA. Doing dual specialization will give you idea of both the specialization and thus a student gets a good knowledge of management. MBA in finance and marketing is one of the most famous dual specialization.

Yes, you are eligible to get a seat after class 12th. The procedure for application is to fill out the VIT Vellore application form. The university selects candidates for VIT Vellore counseling based on UG scores. Participate in Vellore Institute of Technology counseling. The final selection of candidates is done by the varsity.
