Operation management goes well with all specialization, but best trend and blend with OM is with marketing.

It is not necessary that every college has B.Com LLB, but I am sure than TNNLS and UPES, Dehradun offer B.Com LLB and it's better you take CLAT to get admission in TNNLS.

Bharati Vidyapeeth is a good option. You can opt for ICFAI-Dehradun or UPES too.

Admission in VIT University is based on your rank in VITEEE exam. So if you have appeared and got a good rank then you can get admission in any of the four campuses of VIT. Only with your board percentage, you cannot get admission.
