As per the following link of the IGNOU, there is no such integrated courses offered in law:

For the five-year course, the premier institution is the National Law School in Bangalore. For admission into it, an All India Entrance Examination is held. The course usually covers practical training including court attendance, hands on training at legal aid centres and research projects. For specialisation in a single focused branch, there are short diploma courses in labour and labour welfare, taxation and so on. To be able to practise, it is mandatory to put in a year's internship.

Yes there is.Although this is a rarely opted option hence there are very few institutes offering such a combination.
Both fashion & interior design require equal attention & efforts , making it a challenging course to pursue.
Some institutes offering the course are:
-INIFD, Hyderabad
-GD Goenka school of Design etc
