Yes. You can very well take analytics and operations/marketing as your specializations. Analytics has a huge demand in the market now but as of now vjim does not provide any placements specifically in analytics, you will have to work on your own. Coming to the second question VJIM is obviously good for PGDM when compared to B-schools of its category and so far about 40 companies have visited the college this year.

if u want to do mba/pgdm then you better go for pune or ncr region,bcoz you will get more exposure and opportunities to prove youself. i would suggest you not to waste your money and time in guwahati. dual specialization is not so tough you just have to pay attention to core topics, be good with faculty and rest you will cope up easily.

Hi Souvik. No dual specializations is not possible in BIMM. When a company visit a campus they clearly describe their requirement to select a marketing guy or Operation guy. If you opt for Operation then you can sit for only operation. You will not be allowed to sit for Marketing. So only specialization candidates can apply to their respected jobs only.
