Sameer, I think you should go for the integrated MBA as it an innovative course in accordance with the market demand started by institutions like Lovely University, Nirma University, Doon Business School, etc.
An integrated degree will save from the hassle of preparing for the entrance test twice as a result of which you can work hard and concentrate on your placements from the very beginning.
Good luck.

Swastik, if you intend to go for a higher degree after B.Tech it is better to go for Integrated course as it is going to save 1 precious of your life. Also, you would be saving fee in a dual manner. Obviously physics/ chemistry. Agriculture is a good subject but scope for the job is limited. Also, I know some colleges where biology in 10+2 level is a must for agriculture studies. From physics at graduation level, you can select bio-physics in Masters. Similarly, biochemistry for chemistry. Basically physics, chemistry has versatility in the field of higher studies or jobs. But agricultural studies in only one way course. I will strongly recommend P/C.
