There is no term called a legal journalist. You can join a PG course in journalism and then opt for crime reporting. That may lead you to get into legal cases and report the same.

Hello,
Most MBA aspirants have a belief that they have to go for dual specialization to excel and stay ahead in the race. Litigation doesn't really depend on the college brand. It's really important if you want to work in the corporate sector as not many good companies or firms go to the lower ranking colleges.
All you need to look for is, does the college offer specialization in the subject of your choice or not.
Secondly, what their course curriculum is.
You can study in any college, and go for practice in court but the most important thing on which you need to focus is your concepts which needs to be really clear. Otherwise, you will face difficulty in courts.
Appear for all the exams and see which college you are getting and study. It wouldn't matter much

Double degree is not very famous in India right now. Although, there are some colleges, like St. Xavier's College that offer double degree - single or double majors during third year of the course. And, you can also find some colleges in south India offering double degree.
Now, coming about the job prospects, you will be on upper hand, if you have a double degree. But, at end your knowledge will help you in getting a job.
I will advise you to pursue double degree in foreign universities, because they have more to offer as compared to Indian education system.
Best of Luck.
