These are all quite confusing, MA in English and MA Literature are all about mixed subjects like English Grammar, World and Indian Literature from 15th to modern century.
Linguistics deals with the Grammar part and depths of any language.

It is always a good decision to go for an integrated degree as it gives you many benefits. First benefit is the duration, which in integrated degree is going to be less I.e 5 years, otherwise it will take 6 years. You save 1 year in integrated degree. Second is fees, which is not going to increase as you go for higher degree but if you take admission in higher degree separately, it is going to be higher. Third is going to be that you will be tension free, you don't have to bother about admission to higher degree after completion of the lower one and also you don't have to prepare/ appear for any entrance test.

There is also another programme called Integrated MBA where you will study BBA+MBA for 5 years.
Better option is doing degree in your interested feild and them come to MBA.
