They cannot enrol at two universities full-time at the same time as you would have to surrender your documents to the university you first enrol in. Hope this helps. Thanks.

now integrated BBA+MBA are banned by UGC and central government so university provide these courses from now.

Salary post BBA+MBA is a function of multiple factors . some of which are within your control and some depend on external factors . Some of the factors could be :
-your academic score
-quality of your project/internship work
-your personality
-communication skills
-institute ranking
-MNCs paying capacity
-market scenario
-your rank vis a vis other students
-work area/industry you prefer
so you try and work on the factors that are in your hands & be rest assured all else will fall in place
