No in cases of integrated degree, you receive two degrees. However in each of the degrees it is mentioned that this degree has been awarded under integrated degree program.

If you wish to become a lawyer and be able to practice in the court of Law, you will have to complete the 3 year LLB program for which the eligibility is a graduation in any stream. Different law Universities and colleges conduct different law entrance exams, to admit students to their courses, like NET (National Entrance Test), CLAT (Common Law Admission Test), Department of Law University of Delhi take admission through a common Entrance Test for all the three Law Centres (Campus Law Centre, Law Centre-I and Law Centre-II). If you are technical inclined then BCA MCA is good career option. Otherse BBA MBA is a good option. Both options are only valuable if Post Graduation degree is from prestigious college with a very good placement record.

I will tell you main difference. Look a company needs 10 Marketing candidates ( for sales, advertising, marketing strategies, analytical works, etc. ) while only needs 1 Finance candidate ( for tally the gain and loss of the company ). And the packages also higher in Marketing than Finance candidate. Marketing is evergreen branch of MBA. You can do Finance if you strong in maths. Best of luck !
