The dual degree courses are relatively new and no batch has passed out yet. The first batch will pass out next year and that is when anything can be said about placements. However the students are taught along with the rest of the B.Tech and M.Tech students so the faculty, and all other things are of the same level. And the placements and all will surely be good since IIIT-A is known for its excellent placements.

Dual specialization is not offered in the PES university. You will get single specialization like hr,finance or marketing only.

The first batch of dual degree has not passed out yet so there are no clear placement statistics. But considering the fact that both the B.Tech and M.Tech placements are excellent and the Dual degree students are studying with the respective students only, placements as well as faculty is surely not going to be a problem at all.

IIITA Dual Degree . The institute has a great reputation, infrastructure and facilities. Placements are good. Although the first batch of Dual degree has not passed yet. B.Tech placements are clear proof that the institute has made a name for itself and the Dual degrees will have no problem whatsoever.

B.Pharm is a good qualification. You could pursue work assignments in any of the following areas/industries:
1.pharma companies in marketing/sales/product/QC /R&D /Production teams
2.work as a pharmacist with hospitals/chain of medical stores
3. set up your own medical store
4.health & fitness industry
5. e commerce industry
6. any other industry keeping in mind your interest area
as far as my knowledge goes there is no institute in India that offers M. Pharm + MBA specialisation
However post completion of B,Pharm you need to appear for CAT to seek admission into MBA

If you are going for better, you should look out for economics at IIT-khadagpur.
But it is all based on your interests. These are all not mainstream branches as per now, but all are equivalently good as you will be graduating from IITs. So for me economic IIT-khadagpur > petroleum IIT dhanbad > Maths IIT-R.
