INR 54000 per annum for two seater with common bathroom
INR 64000 per annum for two seater with attached bathroom
INR 70000 per annum for single seater with common bathroom.

NSHM Kolkata is a better option. As it has a better rank. It's one of the good MBA institutes in West Bengal. NSHM gas a good placement as well as better ROI. Check the latest ranking and cut-off admitted in both the colleges. BBA gives a foundation for higher courses especially MBA. So, NSHM-Kolkata is a better option. Also, location plays important told during live projects and internship in Kolkata has a better option than Durgapur.

NSHM group has two campuses, one each at Kolkata & other one at Durgapur. It's school of Hotel Management is located in Durgapur and offers two courses. Both these courses are actually engineering courses approved by AICTE while degree is awarded by Maulana Azad Technical University of West Bengal. It has good reputation across West Bengal as institute of repute. On the other hand Cradle of Management Institute offers courses in hotel management and paramedical. Chances to get job of Rs 12 Lakhs per annum are low because of down sizing in IT companies. Very low percentage of CSE students get salary above 12 Lakh per annum. Study well, money will chase you.
