For taking MBA, there is no prerequisite that you should possess a degree that match to the course.

There is no problem in doing MBA. There are engineering graduates, who do MBA. You will get basic knowledge from the start of MBA classes. Remember that top colleges like IIMs, has students from non-commerce or management field.
