Well, if you were interested in Psychology, then go for MA. If you were interested in higher package jobs, go for MA. You will get good packages from MBA, as compared to MA, if you do it from one of the top institutes.

Hi,
I believe you are talking about personality development training?
1. Look for the opportunities through your acquaintances.
2. You can visit training institutes in the city that you live in, take up an interview, give a demo and generally they call you back for training opportunities in colleges and universities
3. Keep your profile update on job websites and LinkedIn. I personally know that you do get call backs. You could also keep a regular check.

Yes, lateral entry is given to those who have completed their Diploma courses in various fields. After then those students are eligible to do B.Tech with the same field who can get admission in 2nd year for B.Tech. Diploma holders should fulfill the admission criteria as per the university rules.

No, the scores are not good to get your admission in any college. I would suggest you either re-appear for NEET or get admission through management quota.

According to you, she is preparing for NEET, then she can definitely opt other courses such as B.Sc in different fields of biology, or it depends on her area of interests. So, in case of failure, don't put burden on her regarding choice of career.
