You have right qualifications to start your careers as supervisor in any electrical or electronic firm or in any manufacturing / services unit as maintenance supervisor. Along with job, you are advised to do AMIE. If you plan to study further, you may seek lateral entry in B.Tech degree course. You may take decision based on your interests and personal conditions.

Opting for B.Tech after B.Sc will do you no good. Opt for M.Sc in PG or pursue a Masters course through distance while working.

With this score, it is difficult for you to get admission in NITs but you can still look out for some government colleges that you can get with this score.

Can you please specify your university and grades because now-a-days, it is really difficult to get a job in core industries specially in electronics field. I suggest you to join any engineering company which you get easily.

Both the streams are good for studying and it depends upon your interest but as per career prospect, electrical is better than electronics because in India the number of electronics industries are limited.

If you do M.Tech EEE from IITs or NITs then you can get good placement and will also have better learnings.

In order to have clear fundamentals and understanding on electrical engineering to build alternators, you are advised to opt for Diploma in Electrical Engineering. This will also help you set up other electrical goods manufacturing unit in long run.
