I think that ECE in IIITA is better than CSE in Nirma, as the placements are good , but are mainly into IT companies, and also the course structure, campus, facilities are pretty nice. But you should take into account your branch preference, and other factors also which suit to your convenience. Average you can expect a job of around Rs.7 lpa.

Starting your own business is not a cake walk. But it is definitely a good option. I think you will be able to get better funding if you complete your graduation. People trust graduates more than non-graduates. However, if you already have contacts, then there is no compulsion. In that case, you can pursue graduation for your own sense of pride.

According to me you should go for ECE in Govt. Engineering colleges because now a days placement scenario for ECE is increasing day by day than Computer Engineering.And if you did from a Govt. college then you dont have to worry.
