Hello Chaitra,
Sorry to say, you are not eligible for D.Ed in anywhere and in distance mode education too. Because mandatory criteria is HSC with atleast 50 %. If you have a keen interest to become a teacher, go for NIOS HSC later D.Ed course. Or pursue B.E then B.Ed. All the best for your future.

Amity University Mumbai take admission based on your 12th marks. For B.Tech in Biotechnology minimum 55% in PCM is required. As you secured 91.66% in boards than you can take direct admission without any test or interview and as your percentage is more than 88% you'll have to pay just 50% of the tuition fees.

After you graduate, for any job you need to get professional specific skills or knowledge. These 10th and 12th marks will just hold you few extra minutes in interview answering why you got that and why they should hire you in spite of that. The last question matters the most and your professional skills and abilities later determine your worth for job, not 10 or 12.

Better you clear the backlog because neither college's nor the recruiters accept the students with backlog so better you study that subject and clear the exam.
