After completing a Bachelor's degree in Science, you can either go for higher studies or you can try for any job. You have many higher studies options like B.Ed M.Sc. MBA, Ph.D. etc. You can seek out jobs in government corporations, research laboratories, banking and finance sector, etc. You can also have career options in IT industry, BPO, business, technical writing, marketing, and so on. Yes, it is possible but considering your academics some of the prestigious colleges may not consider your profile apart from that if you will go with MBA it will be more difficult. Although there are some top ranked colleges which do not consider academics.

Yes, you can apply for sure. The only thing is that you have to give your Gate or respective entrance if any college conduct in CS. I have seen many of my friends getting a good rank irrespective of the branch they come from. I am talking about CSE branch though.

Here's the criteria of who can apply and how.
Eligibility: candidates should pass B.Sc Maths or basic Maths and computer applications or any other degree of any university as equivalent.
Minimum 60% is desirable for admission. Admission is generally on the basis of Mark's and entrance test specific for certain universities. All the best.

I would suggest you to prepare for GATE, as you will have better opportunities after pursuing PG. It is one of the best branches, why are you thinking about M.Sc? Regarding the question, yes you will get the admission. All the best.

There are several courses related to MS in electronics and communication. I tried to insert a link but was unable to do so. I think there is a technical issue. Just type MS in electronics and communication courses in Google and you will find lots of courses offered in different colleges.
