Hi Chinmay,
Yes, you can get a job in automobile field if you study mechanical engineering as it is like a sub-branch of mechanical.
But to get into that field, you may opt for a specialization in your PG such as M.Tech in automobile engineering.

First, decide what business you want to start and second is your experience in the same field in what you want to start business. If not, then first gain around 2 to 3 years' experience in the field. Secondly, do you have enough fund? If not, calculate and do budgeting for marketing and man power as well as product and see you have fund for at least 2 years. Do market analysis and see acceptability and competition for your products and then enter.

Hello Biju,
If you want to work on the airside of the airport then you need a licence from DGCA. However, if it's non-airside job then one does not need DGCA licence. There are plenty of jobs for both mechanical & aeronautical engineer in airside as well as on non-airside areas.

Hello Gireesh,
An aeronautical engineer can get a job in armed forces, can appear for civil services exam, in organisations where R&D on aviation is taking place or even in a factory which is producing components or assemblies of airborne objects. You can even go abroad for MS or can think of doing MBA also.
