It's possible to get admission at Thapar University, based only on board marks as 50% of the seats, admission is through JEE Main. While for the other 50%, admission is done based on the 10+2 score. In order to get admission based on merit, you need to score above 70% in 10+2.

Hello Karan, if by placements you mean getting admission in an engineering college then yes you are definitely eligible to get admission. But unfortunately, except for the state of Tamil Nadu admission to engineering colleges across India or given based on some or the other and turns exam conducted by the concerned state government and hands direct admission after HSC is not possible.

No, 128 marks in JEE Mains aren't sufficient to get good NIY, IIIT or engineering colleges in India.

For applying in M.Tech in structural engineering, a person must be having a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or any of the related fields like architectural engineering, infrastructure engineering, construction technology, etc. A B.Tech graduate can apply for this course.

Yes. Engineering students are very much eligible to apply for M.Tech in Automobile Engineering. The eligibilty criteria is as a student must be having a degree in B.Tech or equivalent course with a minimum overall percentage of 50% from a recognised university.
