See Minimum Percentage Required in Some Colleges except NIT and IIT is 45%, So you can join them and do your B.Tech, Refer to this Page and don't feel Demotivated

If you want to pursue engineering then you can. Look for the colleges which give entrance-based admission. Look for some good private universities.

Yes, you are eligible for engineering as JEE Mains has removed the criteria of minimum 75%. Hence, you can apply in autonomous colleges irrespective of the percentile obtained in JEE Mains. You will be allotted the branch according to the marks obtained.
