The best way to predict a college through JEE Main score is by using Shiksha college predictor.

It shows accurate results. You may get it because of your OBC quota.
After that, just go for the counselling of that college.

Well, instead go for a good IIIT, you stand a good chance there. Metallurgy isn't a bad branch but as per the present scenario may conclude that taking IIIT instead is always a better option. But the rank which you mentioned, you will get EE or mechanical in MANIT. So, fill your choices wisely.
