The fee structure of marine engineering varies from institute to institute. The amount of fees is as low as Rs. 220000 for the whole course in Indian Maritime University and is as high as Rs. 800000 in the HIMSAR. There are many government-funded and self-financed colleges which are providing this course as T. S. Chanakya, College of Engineering, HIMSAR (Haldia Institute of Maritime Studies and Research), IIT Powai (Mumbai), Indian Marine College, Hyderabad. The amount of fees in T. S. Hi Avinash,
So, the management quota will be of almost 20 Lacs excluding that of the college fee and the hostel and mess depends upon which block you choose to go. So, I better recommend you to meet the management and they will let you know full details accordingly with respect to your ranking. Nevertheless, instead of trying a management seat, do best in your exams.

Fee revision is entirely on the discretion of the college authorities, in fact IITs fee has also been revised last year and it has been increased to a great extent. In such case 7k fee hike is absolutely normal in my opinion.

It is somewhat around 4.5 lacs for your batch (2018-2022) including hostel. The average placement for CS is around 18 lacs per annum.

Fees for management quota in Dayananda Sagar is almost 1 lakh more from normal COMEDK fees. It was around 2.8-2.9 LPA two years back when i joined.
